We are always interested to hear from hard working, caring, dedicated, flexible individuals who are looking for a rewarding and interesting career in care.

All our carers’ are paid above the REAL LIVING WAGE. We offer an excellent starting pay of £11.85p/h during the week and £12.35p/h at the weekends and £15.00p/h for the bank holidays. If you have an NVQ or QCF level 2 in direct care, we reward you for it: starting at £12.00p/h during the week, £12.50p/h at the weekend and £15.15p/h for the bank holidays. Your expected travel time and mileage are paid at 40p per mile. Anyone who works for six months will automatically be put forwards for their QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care.  We provide a comprehensive paid induction and mentoring scheme for all new members of staff, above and beyond the requirements of the Care Certificate.

You do not have to work a fixed amount of hours each week, all we ask for is some weekend availability. We offer both minimum contracted and none contracted hours – to offer you both job security and personal choice.
