Supervision & Appraisals

Caring for our staff.

We believe that caring for our carers gives them the foundation to care for our clients. Having regular periods of supervision with their own assigned member of the management team enables the carers to discuss any issues in relation to work, training or of a personal nature in confidence.

Appraisals of individual carers are carried out annually. Together with supervised additional training to ensure continuous development of each member of the caring team.
